At this time, we do not accept returns.

Exchange Policy
Exchanges can be requested within 2 days of delivery.
To be eligible for an exchange:

The item must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received

All original tags and packaging must be intact
To initiate an exchange, please contact us at hello@ellurestudio.com within 2 days of receiving your order.
Exchange Terms

A ₹250 exchange fee applies for any change in size, product, or piece (payable upfront)

The exchange process typically takes 10–12 business days from the date of pickup

Exchanges are subject to stock availability

If the requested item is unavailable, store credit will be issued instead
Sale Items
No returns or exchanges are accepted during sale periods.
All sale purchases are final.
Cancellation Policy
All sales are final.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
